The models we use for implementation leverage our vast knowledge and experience. They are geared to assure that they deliver the business advantages that our clients expect and want – on time and on budget. We know what makes the reporting and consolidation software work and armed with this expertise we have created our models for successful implementations.
The key model which we have developed together with IBM Cognos is phased into the following main steps with Project Management overlaying all of them:
- Analyse
- Design
- Build
- Deploy
- Operate
The IBM Cognos Controller Implementation Roadmap is a step-by-step guide for managing a group consolidation project. This tool assists all the way from initiation and analysis through to deployment and closure with a rich variety of templates, tools, tips, and proven practices. The Controller Implementation Roadmap is part of the IBM Cognos Solutions Implementation Methodology and is developed jointly by internal IBM Cognos consultants and Addedo.

Sometimes we engage in turn-key projects, however we prefer to take a hands-on approach to implementations. Committed to knowledge transfer, we work side-by-side with your staff to ensure the success of your project today and into the future. We make sure all parties have the same goals in order to fully meet project expectations. Your project’s success depends upon a concrete plan for testing, training, user acceptance and documentation. We help you develop a plan detailing all of these critical steps.
Working with Addedo to implement IBM Cognos Controller has already improved our financial consolidation and reporting processes significantly. We now are able to get more detailed reports faster and spend more time analysing the figures instead of just collecting and calculating them.”
