Addedo Switzerland Recruits two New Senior Consultants to its Expanding Operation

Addedo continues on its growth strategy to meet the increasing demand for its services and to become a more complete partner to Group Finance, now adding two Senior Consultants to the team. Addedo is very pleased to welcome Rolf Niederman and Karlheinz Schwer.
Mr Niederman has joined Addedo as Senior Consultant. During his +10 year in the business performance management solution industry he has had various senior leadership and management positions. Mr Niederman has built a name around himself both within IBM Cognos as well as among the customer and partner community as having a unique combination of an excellent business understanding coupled with outstanding technical software knowledge.
Most recently Mr Niederman held the position as Pre Sales Manager for IBM Cognos having eight pre sales consultants reporting to him. Prior to that Mr Niederman had a number of leadership and expertise roles within business performance management and business intelligence consultancy. Many times it was Mr Niederman who was the driving technical application force behind new solutions appreciated and adopted by customers. Sooner many of these innovative solutions became part of the standard application within the IBM Cognos business intelligence product suite.

I am especially looking to leverage Mr Niederman’s business intelligence expertise and deep product knowledge around TM1 – currently a strategic concern within IBM Cognos and Addedo”, says Michael Kempter Country Manager Addedo Switzerland.
In addition, Karlheinz Schwer is joining Addedo as Senior Consultant. Mr. Schwer has extensive experience from business process and performance management consultancy. He has unique competence around supporting the business department in defining business processes around the application as well as the data integration, calculation processes and the functional requirements of the application. Mr Schwer’s fine optimization and balancing of requirements has lead to cost and time efficient implementations in multiple industries and reporting and planning applications.
