Addedo Supports Tele2 in Streamlining and Strengthening its Financial Reporting and Analysis.

Tele2, one of the leading mobile operators in Europe, has chosen to upgrade to IBM Cognos Controller for its financial reporting and consolidation. For quality and delivery assurance, Tele2 hand picked a Project Manager from Addedo to lead the software implementation.

The two main drivers for the decision to upgrade to IBM Cognos Controller were to reduce cycle time for a faster close and secondly to accommodate better for the management reporting model.

The operative model includes a full P/L by segment, country and product line. Although the solution utilizes today’s most advanced technology, it is built to be owned and maintained by the enterprise’s finance team.
