Sign up for Addedo’s extra breakfast seminar on how to establish and develop a living reporting manual!
Where: Malmö, Sweden. When: 2009-11-20
Language: Swedish
Due to unexpectedly high response on our event in August we have decided to have a re run on our theme – how to develop a living reporting manual.
A frequently used and updated Accounting/Reporting manual is a vital part of the financial structural capital, a platform for the adoption of effective and sound operational policies. To have a thorough policy guideline to find support in can be especially important during times of change and turbulence. These changes can be everything from new owners, changed business performance model or loss of key staff to larger organisational changes.
How do you compile an Accounting/Reporting manual that stays in demand?
1. Use developed structures
2. Well balanced level of details
3. Get users involved
4. Support from Management
You are welcome to Addedo’s office in World Trade Center at Skeppsgatan 19 in Malmö, Friday the 20th of November 7.45 AM! We cooperate with Rolf Johansson, ProEnter Consulting, who has extensive and unique experience from creating and maintaining reporting manuals. Rolf Johansson has during his career created and developed reporting manuals for over thirty (30) different enterprises. Currently he is engaged at Skanska for developing their reporting manual.
It would be a great pleasure to have you and or your colleagues attend this seminar. We promise a fine and rewarding start of the day!
P.S. We will start the presentation at 08.00 AM and serve breakfast after around 08.40.
