We strive to be the leading financial performance management consultancy in Europe.

We do this by identifying and implementing improvements through information technology and process changes for better financial performance management.

Our strengths rest in our deep experience and knowledge enabling us to truly understand user perspectives. We know what is expected from a consultant working with Group Finance. In our experience, Group Finance is often under pressure and can be a very demanding job.

This has taught us to be available, knowledgeable as well as pragmatic and customer oriented when it comes to service models and response times. Not many have realized these specific customer requirements. We have, and we are driven by the great opportunity we see ahead of us!

We see a couple of reasons for this opportunity to be significant. Many software suppliers have a strong focus on license sales. Service is often outsourced to partners. We have realised however, that many of these partners do not deliver within the space of financial group reporting and planning. Focus as well as knowledge is lacking. Many enterprises’ group finance functions are forced to look for a more intimate service model with specialised partners, leaving us with a great opportunity.

We have many years of experience in this field prior to founding Addedo. When starting from scratch we thought we had a wonderful opportunity to bring the best from past experiences, press it to even higher standards and make something new and great.

Therefore, we have been spending a great deal of time thinking, debating and determining the fundamentals of this venture and quest. We needed to affirm Addedo’s ‘raison d‘ĂȘtre’, what sets the company apart and what should drive our actions as individual Addedoers.

We like to think that we put seeds in the ground for a grand yield to be enjoyed and shared by our customers, Addedo and its employees. Edo is latin for ‘bring forward’, ‘yield’, ‘give birth to’, ‘crop’.

We believe leading by values is empowering. It’s also common sense. In today’s world, where everyone is so interconnected and interdependent, it is simply essential that we work for each other’s success. Rather than excessive controls, we trust ourselves to make decisions and to act based on values.

Teamwork – We believe teamwork brings the best solutions; effective teamwork requires sharing and working relationships. A happy, motivated and engaged team is more likely to be a high-performing team.
